LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Home You Go is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order. If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no charge.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing from us, you agree that one or more packages may arrive with customs charges.
